Good Points

INCREDIBLE! they have not faultered in helping me with every bit of paranoya ive had!
honestly there on live chat 23/24 hours a day workign THERE ASSES OFF to be extremely polite and just all around great people
and TO MAKE THINGS BETTER
they use a VPN so they can have a lookalike ip to yours meaning chances of being caught and banned are close to 0%
they gave me a extra level bonus
and when i received a scary email from blizzard
they helped me find its fake and asking for my information...something they had no need to help with

total satisfaction is in order....if i could find the live chat employe "powerleveling001"
id give him a huge HUG

every 12 or so hours they update your level to show your progress!
